Rebooting of the server

I installed macro's that reboot the server each 12 hours, it happens at these times:
- 11:15 (AM)
- 23:15 (or 11:15 PM)
This rebooting is necessary for stability and lag-free playing (a minecraft server gets heavier to run for the pc overtime).

15 minutes in advance the players will receive warnings thats its gonna happen and will look like this:

[Server] Server rebooting in 15 mins
[Server] Server rebooting in 10 mins
[Server] Server rebooting in 5 mins
[Server] Server rebooting in 1 min
[Server] Server rebooting...5
[Server] 4...
[Server] 3...
[Server] 2...
[Server] 1...
[Server] bai

It saves the server state, all your blocks and just everything just as i would do it manually, though i recommend you stop building or doing things in your inventory when the 5 second countdown starts.
This is because every build / inventory change syncs with the server and thus needs time to reach the server, and you don't want to lose things to the twilight zone now do you ?

Great I take it that will take care of people leaving boats/minecarts about? I read somewhere they lag the server. Also I notice the server is a tad faster now. At peak time its rare that I notice any lagg.

Uhuh but that's cuz i now have teh epix internet connection

thats why we had downtime, im on a different internet provider now.

If its necessary it wil even be a possibility to raise the Max player limit to 18-20, but i never even seen 10 online at once so...

That's great news. I honestly did not notice the server downtime, it was all pretty fast. Well if we can get that many people we should try, you can make your donate button bigger
