A underboss or advisor
And up too 4 foot soilders or asscioates
 
5. The higher your ranks the bigger your command

7. No building unless aloud by bulldog

9.  There will be a shop, a trade  post ,pvp arena, mines , mob spawner, farms etc.       CNY Mafia meeting place
