maxloader.nl

I was trying to log in this morning, but I couldnt get in. Everytime I tried, it would take ages, and end with the message "took too long to log in". My internet is fine, and I was playing on the server yesterday, no problems. Server status is listed as fine, and I tried rebooting the client several times with no success. I also tried logging on with both mc.maxloader.com and smp.maxloader.com.

Any suggestions?

This error can have to to with the following things:

1. Your connection is being a bitch.
2. minecraft.net is too busy handling logins (most likely)
3. You have an old client (download a new minecraft.exe from http://www.minecraft.net/download)

Not suprisingly, it has righted itself on its own. I guess i go for option nr. 2. Thanks Max!
