It has come to my attention that a greifer has stolen multiple diamond blocks and a gold block from tmasagodis' skyscraper in Metro. Here is Zuggu's BBrother results in the reply

Cheese came on earlier. He told EddyT that it was his brother on his account, he's since changed his password and is offering to return anything stolen.

As an aside... I remember a few weeks ago, somebody's brother had griefed, and if that was cheese also... then it all gets a bit suspect.

deathsniper222 has said that he's owed an amount of diamonds and a diamond sword. I think, you'll need to check with him on that.

We spoke to him about it earlier, he denied it. He also asked, "What was the name of the guy who owns that building?"
If I see him again I will question him more.

woa, cheese may be "suspicious" to some, but we all have our siblings, and we all know we didnt really know right from wrong when we were younger, i say we give him a chance. if he returns all the stolen items than just let him go with a warning. but this is just a suggestion, im just suggesting something, the crime is in the jurisdiction of max. (and notch)

it's good to have understanding and give people chances mid. but literally every greifer has said their brother got on their account. At some point you have to wonder if little brothers are the source of all griefing, or just something for griefers to hide behind. plus, unless little brother plays minecraft all the time, how does he know to go straight for the diamond block and how to mine it?

hey well ace greifed my house, im 100% sure it wasn't his "sibling" because he didnt say anything about it, and to be honest im not too mad because im going to be the bigger person. like i said let the kid plead his case, the united states law says, "innocent until proven guilty in a court of law" or in this case, in max's eyes.

Guys Cheese has to talk to me, I have alot of evidence and alot of questions to ask.

Midevele1 if Ace griefed you should of said, you are not being the bigger man not telling an admin we need to know so we filter out every griefer. However I doubt a donator is a griefer, its not logical.

oh well he placed tnt in my house hoping to kill me, and then he attempted to kick me out of the house thet i built sand paid alot for as an acception. i paid 9 diamonds, 2 for a house in botra (as was the deal) and 7 for an underground house, the mine which is pretty awesome is been broken into. the house is what i like to call "the osama cave" and then he tried to give me one of zuggus old houses (not decorated or anything really) not worth 2 diamonds if you ask me, no offence zuggu. now at this point im about done with metro and the bullcrap, apparently since its "his city" he can greif me and he didnt even fix the damage, he just shoved cobble everywhere and left. (it was smoothstone and iron door and such which is now gone D: ) sooneey you have seen my "osama cave" and you have seen my mine, now missing wool which cheese donated (look whos the real theives) and glass is broken. id rather just have a refund and get away from the stupid place but apparently its not worth much time because its me.

If you mean the sandstone one Wloll and Ace hired me to build it, it's not mine and it's never been.

Having heard a tiny portion of ace's side of the story I can tell you there's more to the story than that. However I'm sure ace can tell you better than I can, and I'm positive he can tell it with better english than mid just did ;D

no i paid 7 diamonds for an acception to the rules, maybe you should butt out :P and if ace wants to destroy the offer ad do the "rules" he should have to fix all damage to it or repay me for what hes destroyed, i think its only fair for him to fix the destruction.

Lets keep this civil.
Administrators and operators will decide the validity of all griefing clames as well as the validity of any defence of the griefer. They will decide the punishment (if any) will be applied.
We appear to have SEVERAL such personell dealing with this issue as well as wloll acting on behalf of the victem. All is in order here, no need to spark arguments.

Cheese does your brother play minecraft?

The CSI approach as you said I used every time to ban griefers. So you understand that we go into great detail to keep our honest players.

Also please write your statements here in correct understandable English. Use google chrome to have a spell checker.
