well i was looking through the plug-ins i found a couple of good ones.
chairs:

personally i like this it actually allows you to have seats in "chairs"
Fully customizable combat/rpg:
http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/rpg-sr ... 818.19180/
Features I - RPG (short version):
XP for killing enemies or destroying blocks
Upgrade points from leveling up
Skills to increase with the gained upgrade points
Passive boosts from the skills
Passive abilities for certain skill values
Active abilities that depend on the tool used (if the skill is related to a tool)
Soft prerequisites for higher tool grades (Iron, Diamond), soft in that case means tools are still usable without meeting the requirements, but there are certain drawbacks to doing so
Features II - Combat (short version):
Added critical hits, misses, parry, evasion and variable damage multipliers for critical hits.
All monster health values completely reworked (and different from one another)
All monster and tool damage values completely reworked
Difficulty (a set of health and damage values) selectable in config (similar to SP, but with the option to not only use the default and smp original difficulties, but create your own difficulty setting)
Option to have enemies deal more damage the deeper underground you are.
Features III - Misc. (short version):
MySQL support (actually at the moment: MySQL required)
Complete configurability of every single detail of the plugin (to fully grasp the extents of that read the corresponding section further down)
Complete localization of the plugin possible. Any amount of languages and/or 'flavors' can be created and changed easily (no server restart necessary), every user can change his locale on-the-fly, user locale is persistent (saved in the database)
Permission support to fine-tune the features available
Multiworld support (at the moment it just simply works with multiple worlds, more sophisticated multi-world integration is planned)
and last but not least:
http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/fun-le ... 766.17125/
this simply adds exp to the game which affects rates of mining and whatnot
the main reason i like the bottom two is the exp and leveling... it gives you a purpose in the game
