hmmmm so lets see hank and i flattened the island next to us and left it for a day then next day ownu1hit claims OUR island and destroyed half the island then hank build a bridge and a small house from our island to the island next to hank and mines the bridge and house got grieved by ownu1ht99 who left a sign with a message to "kindly gtfo" if you dont believe me Guildjuhh helped hank and me to flatten the island.

I sent ownu a PM and asked if he would return the island to you, or work out some kind of a deal.

My question is though: did you put up a sign saying it was yours? because i don't think ownu would just take someone's island.

i didnt put a sign but i think its obvious because he was there when hank and i sayd "lets flatten that island" and in the rules is that you cant build in the sight of someones property or close to without permission?

Hmm true but i have the feeling this rule isnt met by everyone. (beachville right next to the spawn and castlecity)

I am sorry that Beachville is against the rules but i build it with the best intentions. People were building random stuff again at spawn, towers etc. In an attempt to control this i founded Beachville. I also think that its good the have something nice to look at when people join the server. Beachville has 9 citizens and also a lot of people not living here like it a lot. It has a lot of activity.

Castlecity is really dead right now and i am making new connection to it from Beachville to let it live again.

About the case of the island. As i understand it ownu put a sign there long time before Hank joined the server..

actually no i checked the island before even building mine and thewe were trees and no sign at all that sign was there 1 day after hank joined the server

This is not true, when I joined I made my stuff on Kangzo's island, then we planned on
destroying the other island later at a time.

We got Guildjuhh to help us clear it, and we did for about 1/2. After that we decided that we would
like to build on it, so we kept it like it was for a day and night, the next morning we come Ownu1hit claimed it
and had flattened it all. R.I.P. Beatifull island.

Because we know it was ours before he claimed it, we removed his sign and I started building there.
This morning I see my building destroyed and him having more signs on the island saying he claims it
and for us to GTFO.

I would like to hear ownu's story from him too.
