Hey guys found a mod for our SimpleServer that is our temp solution.

By the way I am only for the mini-map personally since the rest is client based.

Just get the MrMMods pack. It has a working minimap, and the game looks really good with betterlights and grass

That being said, the minimap isn't THAT useful. Too zoomed in to be of any practical use.

there is other players talking whilst he uses it. :/ or is this client based ?

sorry just confused.

I do believe it is client based, as chunk errors (which are mostly clientside) appear on the minimap as well
