Ender glitch

Well, I got back from a big mining trip, I started smelting and at the end I noticed that I had 29 levels, so I went to the ender ender to get the last half level, but then I glitched trough the floor and lost all my exp. Any way giving it back because I don't feel like killing enderman for half an hour..
Thanks, Fezz

I think you should deal with it. Yes, the game is glitchy, but you can always get the exp back (if you think the ender ender is slow, invest in something faster such as a double spider spawner)

The problem is, that the Exp system is going to change. in the next patch, you will only receive Exp for the amount of damage you do to the mob.

that's actually not a problem. with the spider spawner, you could just brew instant damage IIs and throw two of them at the spiders, making you do all the damage

of course, since they might also limit how much exp you get from spawned mobs, you could only get like 15 levels max before you get 0 exp

I think it's just as the spawner goes on longer, the exp gets smaller.

it eventually reaches 0

 I dont recall seeing this on any patch notes. Did this go into effect and have we figured out the rules to it yet?

I think this is 1.4, but I'm not sure. Unless someone who has a spawner trap has seen otherwise?
