Lost All Diamond Stuff -_-

Hey, I was juts playing on the server, and i needed blaze powder so i went through to the nether through portal 1 at spawn. When i went through i realised i was still wearing my full diamond armour and didn't want to risk dying with it on, so i went back through the portal and put it in the ender chest at spawn. I still had my full set (disclosing a hoe) of diamond enchanted tools hardly used on me. I went through exactly the same portal after returning my armour, and when i spawned in the nether, my screen was black and i started dying. (like when you fall in the void). The chat then said 'donwhittam died to swim in lava'. I don't have the diamonds to replace these tools, and they had very good enchantments on them too. Please give me my tools back as this was a glitch and no my fault. I am very pissed off because of this. (sorry for the language lol) So please max, get me back ma diamondzzz!
