Missing chests in my house

Pulled a logblock for a bunch of missing chests in my house and it looks like emthegem destroyed all of them 3 days ago. Normally I wouldn't care but one of them contained a TON of wool in all different colors, and it's mostly gone now.

Not sure what the fix is for this...i suppose I can do a rollback but that won't bring back all my stuff. Checking the rest of my chests now for other missing items.

An admin could spawn them back in, or Emthegem could give them to you (assuming she has them), I suppose.

everyone says it was me, but it really wasn't. i got banned, and now when I log on the server, i go to a random cave, with a pickaxe, and i have no idea where anything is.

p.s. the guy who grieved your house was the same one who took all my stuff probs.

Well, if logblock says it was you, it probably was. Unless someone got on your account and griefed.

If you really don't know how this happened, I would highly recommend changing your minecraft password ASAP. You may have been victim of Minecraft identity theft. It's a situation that so many are put in every day, their accounts banned from their favorite servers, all because someone hijacked their account and went for a joyride. But seriously, change your password.

Even if your password gets hacked...the likelihood that someone would end up using your account on the same server you always play on is extremely slim. They'd either have to be playing on your computer or know the server address randomly off the top of their head.

What about siblings or friends who goes on this server? They could possibly know your password and/or have a grudge against you.

I'm just going to say that as we all know this is VERY unlike Em. I know as her friend IRL she was at her cousins house from thursday until sunday so all her mine craft log ins were on her COUSINS computer. he HAS minecraft and knows MANY grieving tools, that WERE used in this case (such as X-ray hax, and simple TNT). Em (as a n00b (not to be rude)) I'm sure dosen't know HOW to even make TNT. a few days in advance she asked me how to create a simple door. :| . further more I have found out that these X-ray hax I mentioned before, were used to dig directly downward towards a secret storage unit (it was mine), sounds normal for a griever, HOWEVER Em HAS been shown the entrance to this room multiple times... SO this person (assumed to be her cousin) IS CERTAINLY NOT EM HERSELF!! please when thinking this through... just know who she is... is not THAT... most of you have talked to her VIA Skype and should know the real (noobish, playful, creative, NON-GREIFING) Emthegem12. :megusta: agreed?

May i just vote for giving emthegem the "Pardoned" rank and then seeing how things get along? I personally am a bit suspicious on things like "Oh it wasn't me it was my bad twin brother!".

I have an idea, but don't put this in effect yet. The perpetrator's IP is 174.116.190.50, if you can IP ban that IP, it will stop him from getting on emthegem12, and it will be really easy to ban him a second time because of the IP being in an odd location (proxy servers).
emthegem12 logged earlier with the same IP used to grief everything.

lol, I was thinking it was the ol' "brother" defence, but I buy it this time. Might as well test out the new pardoned rank though, so people know the account was compromised. I'm sure Em wont mind that. You should probably kick the offending relative in the canadian bacon as is customary in these events. wether or not this would count as her first offence can be decided by max in the unlikely event of a second offence. Em doesnt seem like the griefer type, shes a nice kid.

P.S. Check the logblock help files and such as I believe there is an additional param that will rollback chest contents and such
