At the beginning of the road to treetown, i build a farm with zuggu. It's free to use as long as you keep it clean and leave the bottom blocks intact.

Dread found it, but left some of the loot behind. Still has a valueble (diamond!) tool in it.

Somewere on the map, i hid a X (made by torches and wood), which contains a iron block (9 iron ignots) and a chest full of stuff (stuff like lava, diamond, tools, stones, ores andsoforth).

Good luck finding it, i might create more X's in the future ^^

Maybe also an economy with gold. Make it possible for players to buy stones, wood, tools and such. Then when a new player joins the server, he can type !start and will get 10 gold bars, which he then can use to buy the above, or hire people.

This would also help to make towns. because, for a town ...
